Job summary

Greystar in Los Angeles, CA, seeks a Community Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of an apartment community, lead the property team, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing and related regulations.

You will drive leasing, marketing, resident satisfaction, and maintenance quality, supervise staff, coordinate vendor relations, and report financial results to owners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a property and manage the on-site team to meet budgeted financial and operational goals.
• Lead leasing, marketing, and resident relations to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
• Supervise staff, hire/orient/train employees, and manage performance in line with company policies and values.
• Coordinate with vendors, review invoices, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and lease terms.
• Prepare financial reports and support client/owner communications; manage maintenance and safety standards.
