Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Business Consultant to identify and cultivate new business opportunities. You will own the sales cycle from prospecting to post-sale implementation, negotiating pricing and terms, and building a robust pipeline.

The role requires regular travel to client sites and active engagement with executives to close deals and drive revenue growth. Strong negotiation, communication, and CRM skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 2 years sales experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce) preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new apps.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business opportunities within the designated territory.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast; hit monthly/quarterly/annual quotas.
• Negotiate pricing and scope of services with prospective clients.
• Travel domestically to client sites, conferences and onsite meetings as required.
