Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Business Consultant to identify and cultivate new business opportunities and own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. You will negotiate pricing and terms, prepare sales paperwork, and maintain a robust pipeline while achieving monthly and quarterly quotas.

The role requires regular domestic travel to client sites, conferences, and training sessions. A strong CRM background and knowledge of Salesforce are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years' sales experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Valid driver's license for regular travel to client sites and company locations.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities within the designated territory.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast.
• Negotiate pricing and scope of service with prospective clients.
• Complete required sales paperwork and finalise the client service agreement.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
