Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is hiring a Business Consultant to identify and cultivate new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to post-sale implementation. You will negotiate pricing, finalize client service terms, and maintain an accurate sales pipeline using Salesforce.

The role requires travel to client sites, on-site work, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; at least two years' sales experience preferred.
• Ability to identify and cultivate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and channel partners.
• Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and maintaining an accurate sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities within the designated territory.
• Maintain and grow client relationships through regular meetings and follow-ups.
• Prepare executive summaries and coordinate with internal teams during implementation.
• Utilize CRM to track activities and forecast sales results.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
