Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Business Consultant to identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, channel partners, and self-generated opportunities. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to post-sale implementation, negotiate pricing and scope, and finalize client service agreements.

The role requires building a robust sales pipeline, delivering monthly/quarterly results, and traveling domestically for meetings, events, and trainings.

Qualifications

• Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the designated territory.
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and meet sales quotas.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Strong communication, time-management, and prospecting skills.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and ability to leverage data for strategy.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business opportunities within the designated territory
• Continuously expand knowledge of industry trends, products, and broker practices
• Conduct analysis and planning of products and services tailored to client needs
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast; achieve monthly/quarterly quotas
• Develop lead generation strategies and use CRM to track activities
• Attend client meetings and presentations to drive deals and collaboration
