Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Business Consultant to identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, channel partners, and self-generated leads. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including pricing negotiations and service scope with clients.

In this role, you will maintain a robust sales pipeline, provide strategic guidance, and travel domestically to meet clients, attend events, and train teams as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; sales experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to learn others.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business opportunities within the designated territory.
• Continuously expand knowledge of industry trends, new products, services and broker practices.
• Conduct thorough analysis, planning, and implementation of products and services tailored to meet client needs.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast; meet monthly/quarterly goals.
• Frequent domestic travel to attend client visits, events, and trainings.
