Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Business Consultant to identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking and channel partners. You will own the full sales cycle, negotiate pricing, and manage post-sale implementation.

Travel is frequent domestically to attend client meetings, trainings, and conferences as part of driving monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas. The role requires proactive prospecting and strong negotiation skills within a global company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; experience preferred.
• At least two years of sales experience preferred.
• Proven ability to generate new business and manage sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business opportunities within designated territory.
• Expand knowledge of industry trends, products, services and broker practices.
• Analyze client needs and tailor products/services accordingly.
• Manage CRM activity and maintain accurate sales pipeline.
