Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions seeks a Business Consultant to identify and cultivate new business through networking and channel partners. You will own the full sales cycle, negotiate terms, and manage post-sale implementation. This role requires travel to client sites and a proactive, results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities include weekly client meetings, pipeline forecasting, and developing lead generation strategies while leveraging CRM tools to track activity and stay ahead of quotas.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of experience, skills, education preferred.
• At least two years' sales experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required.
• Valid driver's license due to regular travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business opportunities within the designated territory.
• Maintain ownership of the full sales cycle, including post-sale and implementation.
• Develop lead generation strategies and track activities in CRM (Salesforce).
• Prepare concise executive summaries and proposals for clients.
• Frequent domestic travel will be required to attend meetings and events.
