CBRE, Inc. in Tualatin, OR is seeking a Building Engineer to monitor, maintain and repair building systems including mechanical, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and fire protection. This on-site role supports preventive maintenance and emergency repairs to keep facilities compliant and safe.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or equivalent with 4–5 years’ related experience; Universal CFC certification and an LME license are preferred. U.S.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or trade school diploma with 4–5 years of related experience.
• Universal CFC certification preferred.
• LME license preferred.
• Certifications/licenses as may be required by local or state jurisdictions.
• Meet physical requirements including lifting 50 lbs+ and ability to climb stairs/ladders.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and repair building systems including mechanical, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and fire protection.
• Follow codes, regulations and safety directives for building operations.
• Support preventive maintenance and perform emergency repairs as needed.
• Review fire alarms, HVAC and plumbing to ensure operation within design specs.
• Explain difficult or sensitive information and coach others; share knowledge within the function.
• Lead by example and collaborate across teams to achieve CBRE RISE values.
