Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of related experience.
• Universal CFC certification preferred.
• Licenses as may be required by local/state jurisdictions.
• Must meet physical requirements (stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs, lifting 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire, life safety, and control systems.
• Comply with applicable codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Maintain an energy management program to optimize efficiency.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and emergency repairs as needed.
• Follow safety policies for hazardous materials storage, usage and disposal.
• Review building systems to ensure operation within design capabilities.
• Apply knowledge to accomplish complex assignments and provide solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge within the function.
• Lead by example and support CBRE values.
• Explain difficult or sensitive information clearly.
