Job summary

CBRE HV is seeking a Building Engineer to monitor, maintain, and repair building systems including plumbing, electrical, heating, cooling, and safety systems. You will support preventive maintenance, energy management, and emergency repairs to meet client specifications.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent (trade school preferred) and 4–5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Office and strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire life safety, and control systems

• Support preventive maintenance and emergency repairs as needed
• Review building systems (fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing) to ensure operation within design parameters
• Share knowledge and coach other team members
