Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety policies.
• Maintain energy management programs; optimize system efficiency.
• Assist preventive maintenance; perform emergency repairs as needed.
• Follow safety storage and disposal procedures for hazardous materials.
• Review building inspections (fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing) for design compliance.
• Share knowledge across teams; lead by example and collaborate.
