CBRE is seeking a Building Engineer on-site in Tualatin, OR, to monitor, maintain, and repair building systems including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and safety systems. The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, adherence to codes, and safe operation of facilities for client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will have 4–5 years of related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and certifications such as Universal CFC or LME preferred.

Qualificações

• Maintenance and repairs of mechanical, plumbing, structural, furniture, fire and control systems.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations and safety requirements.
• Assist with preventive maintenance programs and emergency repairs as needed.
• Meet physical requirements including lifting up to 50 lbs.
