Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is seeking a Branch Operations Intern in Texas to gain hands-on experience in daily branch activities, loan processing, and regulatory training. This 100% onsite internship offers exposure to the Republic Way sales and service approach and leadership development, with hands-on projects across departments.

Interns are paid 15.00 per hour, can work 18-20 hours per week, and may be considered for full-time employment after graduation.

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Ideal candidates will be eager to learn, enthusiastic, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Must be able to work 18-20 hours per week.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet eligibility requirements for insurance licensing.

Responsibilities

• Learn daily branch operations and loan processing.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings and funding tasks.
• Attend regional meetings and workshops to understand the broader Branch Operations division.
• Participate in branch operations process improvement projects.
• Explore corporate roles where branch experience is valued.
