Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is offering a Branch Operations Internship for current college juniors and seniors pursuing Finance or Business. The program provides hands-on experience in loan processing, regulatory training, and branch operations, with opportunities to learn about career paths within the company.

Interns work 18–20 hours per week, are paid $15 per hour, and may be considered for full-time employment after graduation.

Qualifications

• Must be a current junior or senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work 18–20 hours per week.
• Eligible for insurance licensing per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Become licensed and participate in the accelerated Assistant Branch Manager program to learn loan processes and regulatory training.
• Assist in daily loan origination, processing, closings and funding activities.
• Spend time with a Manager and Regional VP to understand promotional paths and career potential.
• Attend regional meetings/workshops to gain exposure to the Branch Operations division.
• Contribute to branch operations process-improvement projects across departments.
• Learn about corporate roles where Branch experience is valued (Audit, Compliance, Training, Recruiting).
