Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is seeking Branch Operations Interns in Texas to learn daily branch operations and the broader business, including sales, customer service, compliance, loan closing, and leadership training. The program is 100% onsite and aims to prepare you for a full-time role after graduation.

You will rotate through loan origination, processing, closings, funding, and regional meetings while gaining exposure to corporate roles such as Audit, Compliance, Training, and Recruiting.

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Ideal candidates will be eager to learn, enthusiastic, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 18-20 hours per week.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must meet acceptable standards for background, credit history and pre-employment drug screen.
• Eligibility for insurance licensing is required (background check).

Responsibilities

• Become licensed and participate in an accelerated version of the Assistant Branch Manager Program to learn loan processes and regulatory training.
• Assist in daily production of loan origination, processing, closings and fundings, including file prep and audits.
• Spend time with Manager and Regional VP to understand promotional paths and career potential.
• Attend regional meetings and workshops to gain exposure to the Branch Operations division.
• Learn about branch operations process-improvement projects and related corporate roles (Audit, Compliance, Training, Recruiting).
