Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is offering an on-site Branch Operations Internship for current juniors or seniors pursuing a degree in Business or Finance. Interns will rotate through daily branch operations, learn the loan process, and receive regulatory training while engaging with leadership to explore career paths within the company.

The program pays $15.00 per hour with a path toward full-time employment after graduation.

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Ideal candidates will be eager to learn, enthusiastic, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Must be able to work 18-20 hours per week.
• Ability to meet eligibility requirements for insurance licensing where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Learn daily branch operations and the loan process, including regulatory training.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings and funding tasks.
• Spend time with management to understand promotional paths and career potential.
• Attend regional meetings or workshops to gain exposure to the Branch Operations division.
• Work on branch operations process improvement projects.
• Explore corporate roles where branch experience is valuable.
