Republic Finance, LLC is offering an on-site Branch Operations Internship in Corpus Christi, TX. The program provides hands-on exposure to loan processing, regulatory training, and future career paths within a growing consumer lending company.

You will work 18–20 hours per week while learning loan origination, closings, and fundings, with potential for full-time employment after graduation.

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Ideal candidates will be eager to learn, enthusiastic, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 18-20 hours per week.
• Spanish speaking skills are a plus for this location.
• Ability to meet the eligibility requirements for insurance licensing; background check conducted by the state's department of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Learn about the loan process, regulatory training, and accelerated Assistant Branch Manager Program.
• Assist in daily production of loan origination, processing, closings and fundings, including preparing and auditing files.
• Spend time with Manager and Regional VP to understand promotional paths and career potential.
• Attend regional meetings and workshops to gain exposure to the Branch Operations division.
• Work on branch operations process improvement projects.
• Explore corporate roles where branch experience is valuable and learn about benefits offered during the program.
