Qualifications

• Background check, credit history, and pre-employment drug screen requirements.

Responsibilities

• Become licensed and go through an accelerated Assistant Branch Manager Program.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings and fundings, including file prep and auditing.
• Learn career paths and promotional potential with Republic Finance.
• Attend regional meetings/workshops to gain exposure to the Branch Operations division.
• Contribute to branch operations process-improvement projects.
• Explore corporate roles where branch experience is valuable.
