Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 18-20 hours per week.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet eligibility requirements for insurance licensing and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Learn daily operations of a branch and loan processes.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings and funding tasks.
• Attend regional meetings and workshops to understand the larger Branch Operations division.
• Contribute to branch operations process improvement projects.
