Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is offering a Branch Operations Internship that is 100% onsite. Interns will learn daily branch functions, including loan processing and customer service, with hands-on experience and leadership exposure.

The program aims to transition successful interns into full-time roles after graduation. Qualified applicants are current juniors or seniors majoring in Business or Finance, able to work 18–20 hours per week, and willing to complete licensing steps.

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Ideal candidates will be eager to learn, enthusiastic, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Must have the ability to work a minimum of 18-20 hours per week.
• Must meet acceptable standards for criminal background history, credit history and pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Learn daily branch operations and loan processes, including regulatory training.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings and funding and prepare files for funding.
• Spend time with leadership to understand promotional paths and potential careers.
• Attend regional meetings or workshops to gain exposure to Branch Operations.
• Learn about Branch Operations process improvement projects and related corporate roles.
