Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is seeking current college juniors and seniors for a Branch Operations Internship (onsite). You will learn daily branch operations, gain exposure to loan processes, compliance training, and leadership development.

Interns will be paid $15.00 per hour and have the potential for full-time employment upon successful program completion after graduation. This role offers hands-on experience and exposure to national operations and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Ideal candidates will be eager to learn, enthusiastic, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 18-20 hours per week.
• Ability to meet the eligibility requirements for insurance licensing (criminal background checks).

Responsibilities

• Learn daily branch operations and loan process, including regulatory training.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings and funding tasks.
• Shadow manager and regional VP to understand promotional paths.
• Attend regional meetings and workshops to engage with the Branch Operations division.
• Contribute to branch operations process improvement projects.
• Explore corporate roles where branch experience is valuable.
