Job summary

ProPivotal in Boston is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to hit the ground running with newly formed partnerships in the Greater Boston area. The role focuses on developing key relationships with a wide range of businesses, and offers a base pay range of $60,000 to $75,000 with growth potential.

This is a full-time, permanent onsite position, working Monday through Friday in the Boston area. Ideal candidates will have experience in Business Development, Account/Client Management, or B2B

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a B2B Business Development, Account Management or B2B Sales role.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• On-site in Boston required (Mon-Fri).

Responsibilities

• Call warm leads from new client partnerships to introduce our agency and services.
• Partner with hiring managers to ensure proper client and candidate processes.
• Turn interest into hiring needs and expand opportunities through referrals.
• Collaborate with internal recruiting to keep openings on track.
• Refine sales processes, techniques, and discipline.
