Job summary

ProPivotal is seeking an Implementation Specialist to support onboarding for client accounts and guide the transition from sale to service. This detail-driven role coordinates across teams, maintains accurate records, and ensures partners stay on track.

The position is a contract through May 2027 with hybrid work in Hingham, MA (onsite Tuesdays and Wednesdays). The pay rate is $46/hour and schedule is Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in client onboarding, implementation, or account management.
• CRM proficiency with modern systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems and asking clarifying questions.

Responsibilities

• Own end to end implementation and onboarding for new and existing accounts from kickoff through transition to the service team.
• Partner with brokers and internal teams to confirm sold plan details including plans rates group structure riders commissions and spending accounts.
• Coordinate implementation meetings and calls including third party vendors and enrollment partners.
• Maintain accurate account setup across internal systems including assigning account and group numbers and verifying configuration.
• Update and manage all implementation records and documentation in Salesforce including required forms agreements attachments amendments signatures and final distribution.
• Drive post go live steps including cancelling old group numbers coordinating ID card release and sending the formal transition communication about 30 days after the effective date.
