Job summary

National Capitol Contracting LLC in Washington, DC is seeking an AV/UC Support Specialist to provide onsite customer service and technology support for guests, users, and executive staff.

The role requires 4+ years of experience, strong Zoom/MS Teams skills, and Crestron Toolbox expertise. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9AM–5:30PM with travel up to 5% and occasional after-hours support. Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $80,000.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of related experience.
• Strong experience with Zoom Communication products and MS Teams services.
• Excellent knowledge and experience with Crestron Toolbox.
• Experience with Tier 2 support and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Performs moderately complex technical functions in support of AV and VC infrastructure.
• Setup and breakdown of events/corporate meetings.
• Daily system testing to ensure equipment functionality.
• Provides tier 2/3 support and after-hours coverage as needed.
• Tests new software releases for AV/VC devices and participates in maintenance windows.
