Qualifications
- Public Trust government security clearance required.
- 4+ years of related experience.
- Strong experience with Zoom Communication products and MS Teams services.
- Excellent knowledge with Crestron Toolbox.
- Experience with Tier 2 support and prompt troubleshooting.
- Ability to communicate with clients regarding Broadcast and AV systems.
- Ability to ensure maximum system uptime and disaster recovery planning.
Responsibilities
- Performs moderately complex AV/VC setup, operation, maintenance, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Setup and breakdown of events and corporate meetings.
- Daily system testing to ensure room functionality.
- Provides tier 2/3 support with potential after-hours work to meet SLAs.
- Tests new software releases for AV/VC devices to ensure interoperability.
- Maintains documentation and participates in change/configuration management.
- Stays current with AV technologies and participates in projects.
