Job summary

Digital Consultants LLC is seeking an AV Technician to provide comprehensive on-site AV support for a variety of systems. You will perform preventive maintenance, software/firmware updates, and necessary adjustments to ensure reliable operation for end-users, including high-ranking government officials when needed.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in AV maintenance, a Secret clearance, and familiarity with Crestron Toolbox, Crestron, Extron, and AMX systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience maintaining and troubleshooting audiovisual (AV) systems.
• Clearance: Secret.
• AV certifications such as AVIXA AV Technologist Certificate; CTS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain AV systems including audio, video, and control components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve AV system issues, both hardware and software.
• Use manufacturer tools to maintain and troubleshoot AV systems.
• Collaborate to ensure AV integrates with videoconferencing, networking and security.
• Input detailed ticket notes and manage tickets through lifecycle.
• Inventory AV systems and components.
• Stay updated on industry trends and propose upgrades.
