Job summary

VDart Inc. is seeking an AV Site Support for an onsite contract in Washington, DC. The role focuses on providing on-site IT and AV support, addressing hardware, software, and network issues, and maintaining asset records.

You will assist in imaging devices, troubleshoot common problems, and support live events with AV systems. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree or equivalent IT/AV experience, familiarity with ServiceNow, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent IT/AV experience.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing system.
• Experience providing IT support in an office environment.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Understanding of audio/video equipment functions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Freshers with 1 year experience encouraged; demonstrate high learning curve.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and technical IT/AV support to users.
• Manage asset inventory and equipment records.
• Image and refresh computers and devices.
• Troubleshoot printers, software, and network issues.
• Set up and maintain AV equipment and video conferencing systems.
• Support live events and operate AV systems.
• Collaborate with senior technicians to resolve issues.
• Maintain logs of support requests and resolutions.
• Provide smart hands support in IDF switch room.
