• End-to-end ownership of ~25 Microsoft Teams Rooms at HQ plus remote support.
• Proactive health and maintenance checks.
• Troubleshoot audio, video, and authentication issues.
• Support high-priority executive meetings.
• Manage Jira ticket for incidents.
