Real Staffing Group in Plainsboro, NJ is seeking a Senior Associate, IT Tech to support AV and collaboration technologies for business and executive meetings. You will work onsite with Microsoft Teams, Teams Rooms, Crestron, and Poly systems, handling meeting preparation, live event support, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.

You will also manage ServiceNow tickets, collaborate with stakeholders, and help drive service reporting and process improvements while delivering calm,

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AV systems and collaboration tech.
• Experience using ServiceNow for incident and request management.
• Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to support executive and high-profile meetings.
