Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of AV support, conference room support, or deskside IT support experience.
• Hands-on experience with conference room AV systems and collaboration tools.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide AV support for conference rooms, including cameras, microphones, displays, and conferencing equipment.
• Support and manage Microsoft Teams Meetings and Teams Townhalls.
• Perform daily conference room walkthroughs to ensure AV equipment is functioning properly.
