Job summary

Samazon Staffing seeks an on-site Assistant Community Manager for a luxury property in Washington, DC. You will support the Community Manager in overseeing financial and operational performance for 400+ units, including rental collections, resident relations, and service quality.

This full-time role requires 2+ years in property management, weekend/holiday availability, and experience with larger properties.

Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of property management experience.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to work weekends and holidays; overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

Support the financial operations by collecting and posting rent and fees and assisting with month-end close.
Review resident files and enforce lease terms to maximize revenue.
Support eviction proceedings by following notice processes and representing the community as needed.
Process invoices and reconcile completed work or goods.
Assist with move-outs by reviewing lease terms and notice requirements.
Promote resident satisfaction by responding to questions and service requests promptly.
Act as on-site supervisor in the Community Manager's absence and coordinate maintenance tasks.
Assist with owner communications by conducting tours and sharing performance updates.
