Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily housing- community operations and financial functions onsite under the supervision of the Community Manager.

You will manage rent collection, postings, and end-of-month close, while ensuring compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines. The role emphasizes staffing, leasing, marketing, and resident satisfaction at a fast-growing firm.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in housing industry or related field
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and financial functions of the housing community under supervision
• Manage payments, accounts receivable, and rent collection
• Monitor budgeted revenues and Net Operating Income
• Supervise onsite staff and ensure policy compliance
• Post charges and manage end-of-month closing
• Promote resident retention and handle complaints
