Campus Apartments is seeking an Experienced Assistant Community Manager in Washington, DC. You will report to the General Manager and handle rent collection, resident records, and invoicing with a focus on accuracy and timely processing.

Responsibilities include updating Entrata data, generating reports, coordinating with maintenance, and delivering notices. A high school diploma and strong numerical skills are required; prior experience in property management is a plus.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Accurate typing and record keeping are essential.
  • Proficiency with computer applications and math basics.
  • Working knowledge of Entrata is preferred.
  • Ability to process paperwork and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent customer service and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain resident information in Entrata and update with new moves.
  • Update rents, deposits and application fees daily; issue notices as needed.
  • Assist in rent collection and prepare receipts.
  • Deposit receipts before bank close; keep daily reports up to date.
  • Deliver late notices and legal notices; coordinate with management.
  • Input vendor information and invoices for payment processing.
  • Organize files, reports and paperwork; assist in monthly reports.
  • Provide general administrative support and respond to resident requests.
