Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily housing community operations and financial functions under the Community Manager. The role focuses on rent collection, managing accounts, and ensuring compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines on-site.

You will supervise staff, support leasing, maintenance, and administrative tasks, and contribute to monthly closings and reporting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience in housing industry advantageous.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and financial functions under Community Manager supervision.
• Manage rent collection, postings, and accounts receivable.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing Laws, safety standards, and company policies.
• Supervise onsite staff and support leasing, maintenance, and admin tasks.
• Conduct end-of-month closing procedures and reporting.
