Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for our Tacoma, WA property portfolio. You will oversee daily operations under the Community Manager, drive leasing activity, supervise onsite staff, and help maintain financial performance and occupancy.

You will manage resident relations, coordinate maintenance, ensure compliance with policies, and support budgeting and reporting. A high school diploma is required; bachelor's degree is preferred or related experience in housing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred or two years housing experience.
• Ability to use onsite software and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations under the Community Manager.
• Assist with leasing and resident relations; supervise onsite staff.
• Manage financial duties including postings, cash flow and reports.
• Coordinate maintenance and safety compliance.
