Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations and financial functions for a housing community. You will oversee staff, leasing, maintenance, and risk management under the Community Manager's supervision to optimize cash flow and compliance.

The role requires strong customer service, budgeting know-how, and knowledge of Fair Housing laws. A high school diploma is mandatory, with a bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in housing.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and strong communication skills are required.
• Experience supervising onsite staff and coordinating operations.
• Familiarity with budgeting, reporting, and financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Post payments and income accurately for residents and applicants.
• Process and reconcile daily account receivables.
• Assist in meeting budgeted revenues and NOI.
• Oversee leasing activities and resident relations.
• Ensure compliance with fair housing guidelines and company policies.
