Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a skilled Community Manager to oversee a housing community on-site in Seattle. You will lead staff, manage leasing, budgets, maintenance, and compliance with fair housing and safety guidelines.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and meticulous administrative oversight to maximize resident satisfaction and operating efficiency. As on-site leader, you will implement marketing plans, supervise daily operations, and ensure timely reporting while

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four year’s experience in the housing industry; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Personnel Management; lead on-site staff and scheduling.
• Deal with resident concerns and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and monitor finances.
• Monitor leasing activity, marketing plans, and occupancy.
• Ensure property maintenance and safety compliance; oversee service requests.
