Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and financial functions of the housing community.
• Manage staff, leasing, maintenance, and administrative tasks.

• Supervise onsite operations to optimize cash flow and occupancy.
