Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to supervise daily operations and financial functions for a housing community. You will lead onsite staff, manage leasing, and support cash flow through strong oversight of rents and expenses.

Responsibilities include supervising property operations, ensuring policy compliance, and coordinating marketing, maintenance, and resident services. A high school diploma is required, with a bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent housing experience.

Qualifications

• Must have regular/daily onsite attendance.
• Ability to screen, hire, train, coach, and develop onsite staff.
• Experience in leasing management and resident relations.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and financial functions under Community Manager.
• Manage accounts receivable, rent collections, and budget adherence.
• Supervise staff and ensure compliance with policies and safety guidelines.
• Coordinate leasing, marketing, maintenance, and admin tasks to optimize cash flow.
