Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily housing community operations and financial functions under the Community Manager. You will manage rent postings, receivables, and collections to optimize cash flow and ensure NOI targets are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in housing industry and property management operations.
• Ability to manage rent collections and payables.
• Familiarity with fair housing laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and financial functions of the housing community.
• Process and reconcile account receivables and rent postings.
• Monitor delinquency and collection of rent; prepare late notices and evictions as needed.
• Support budgeted revenues/expenses and Net Operating Income.
• Ensure accurate records and end-of-month closing procedures.
• Supervise onsite staff and ensure compliance with company policies.
