Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Overland Park, KS to oversee daily operations and financial functions under the Community Manager, including delinquency management, leasing, maintenance, and risk management while ensuring fair housing and safety compliance.

As onsite leader, you will supervise staff, post payments, reconcile receivables, monitor bad debt, and support budgeted revenues and NOI.

Qualifications

• Experience in housing operations and on-site management.
• Ability to understand and perform onsite software functions; basic computer skills.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and financial functions under the Community Manager.
• Manage delinquency and collection of rent to optimize cash flow.
• Supervise leasing, maintenance, administration, and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.
• Post payments, reconcile accounts, monitor bad debt, and prepare notices.
