Job summary

Compass is seeking an Agent Experience Coordinator to be the first point of contact in our Wayne, PA offices. You will manage office operations, support customers with Compass tools and programs, and work with the agent experience team to ensure a world-class experience.

The role requires 1-2 years in customer service or operations, comfort with enterprise tools, and a proactive, organized approach to office support and events. This is an on-site position with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service, office management, hospitality, or operations.
• Experience working with enterprise tech (Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence) is a plus.
• Ability to create a welcoming, organized office environment and support a small customer portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage mail and in-office events; maintain appearance and supplies.
• Field questions and resolve issues for a small customer portfolio via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Provide 1:1 onboarding support for Compass technology and services.
• Collaborate with onboarding and marketing teams to assist customers.
