Job summary

Compass Real Estate - Peninsula is seeking an Agent Experience Coordinator for our NYC HQ. This on-site role supports guests, onboarding, and a portfolio of customers, ensuring Compass standards and smooth office operations.

You will help with 1:1 tech support, marketing collateral, and cross-team collaboration to address questions and feedback. Relevant enterprise tech experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in customer service, office management, hospitality or operations.
• Real estate experience is a plus.
• Experience with Zendesk, Salesforce or Confluence is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage mail distribution; maintain office appearance.
• Support a small portfolio of customers with questions and issues.
• Provide 1:1 support for Compass technology and services.
• Partner with onboarding teams on new customer facilitation.
• Assist with marketing requests by creating collateral from templates.
• Collaborate with teams to address agent questions and feedback.
• Troubleshoot basic tech and devices; support conference room hardware.
• Provide ad-hoc admin tasks like data entry and meeting prep.
• Be a culture carrier promoting a positive and constructive office environment.
