Job summary

Compass is seeking an Agent Experience Coordinator to be the welcoming face of the Winter Park office, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining Compass standards. You will support a small portfolio of agents with onboarding, tools training, marketing requests, and in-person assistance, partnering with the agent experience team to deliver a world-class client experience.

You will also coordinate events and logistics, manage supplies, and help with client introductions to showcase Compass

Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in customer service, office management, hospitality, or operations.
Experience with enterprise tech tools (Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence) is a plus.
Event planning experience is a plus.
Strong listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Greet guests, manage mail, coordinate in-office events, and maintain office appearance.
Support a portfolio of customers with onboarding, tools training, and marketing requests.
Provide 1:1 tech support and collaborate with onboarding teams.
Coordinate onboarding processes with the National Onboarding team.
Create basic marketing collateral and liaise with marketing for complex requests.
Collaborate across teams to address agent questions and feedback.
Assist with administrative tasks and data entry.
