Compass is hiring an Agent Experience Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact in our offices. You will manage office operations, assist with marketing requests, and help agents and customers navigate Compass tools and programs.

You will partner with the onboarding team, support basic IT and facilities, and ensure a welcoming, well-organized office environment. This role emphasizes customer care and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in customer service, office management, hospitality or operations.
• Experience in real estate is a plus.
• Experience with enterprise tech (Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence) is a plus.
• Strong listening, communication and collaborative skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, manage mail, set up in-office events and maintain office appearance.
• Support a small customer portfolio via calls, emails and meetings.
• Assist with Compass technology adoption and 1:1 customer support.
• Partner with National Onboarding on onboarding processes for new customers.
• Provide basic marketing support using templates and liaise with marketing specialists.
• Collaborate with teams to address agent questions and feedback.
• Troubleshoot tech, devices, and conference room hardware basics.
• Provide ad hoc admin support such as data entry and meeting prep.
• Be a culture carrier, promoting positive change and collaboration.
