Compass is seeking an Agent Experience Coordinator to be the first point of contact for customers entering Compass offices. You will oversee the office to ensure smooth operations, support customer onboarding to Compass tools, and handle marketing requests with a collaborative team.

You will engage with agents, train on tools, and ensure a positive in-office experience while contributing to a supportive culture and strong customer support standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service, office management, hospitality, or operations.
• Experience with enterprise technology platforms is a plus (Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence).
• Strong listening, communication, and presentation skills; empathetic to customers’ pain points.
• Ability to work in an office environment during standard hours and lift up to 25 lbs.
• A passion for creating community and improving office experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and manage mail and in-office setup; maintain overall office appearance and supplies.
• Provide 1:1 support to help customers adopt Compass technology and services.
• Assist with marketing requests by creating collateral from templates and coordinating with marketing specialists.
• Collaborate with teams to address agent questions and feedback and troubleshoot basic tech issues.
