Job summary

Compass in Falmouth/Sandwich, MA is seeking an Agent Experience Manager who will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing onboarding, training, and ongoing support to ensure a world-class agent experience. This role is 100% on-site and involves office operations, marketing support, and strategic collaboration with onboarding teams to welcome new customers.

You will help with events, data entry, and communications while promoting Compass technology and services.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in customer service, hospitality or operations.
• Reliable transportation to float between Falmouth and Sandwich offices.
• Passion for supporting and serving agents to grow their businesses.

Responsibilities

• Be present in the office and field questions via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Provide basic marketing support by creating collateral from templates and coordinating with marketing specialists.
• Answer basic questions and troubleshoot tech/devices, conference room hardware, and enterprise systems.
• Welcome guests, manage mail, set up events, and maintain office appearance and supplies.
• Provide ad-hoc administrative assistance such as data entry and internal communications.
• Promote Compass technology adoption with 1:1 and group trainings.
• Collaborate with National Onboarding on strategy and logistics for new customers.
• Support new office openings, national initiatives, expansion/M&A activity.
