Compass is seeking an Agent Experience Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our offices and to ensure smooth office operations. You will support a roster of agents with understanding Compass, training on our tools, and marketing requests, while collaborating with other teams to address questions and feedback.

The role emphasizes customer-focused service, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs while working in an office environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, office management, hospitality, or operations.
• Experience with enterprise technology (Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence) is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, detail-oriented, organized.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage mail distribution and in-office setup; ensure office looks professional.
• Provide 1:1 support to agents on Compass tools and programs.
• Assist with marketing requests and collateral from templates; liaison to marketing team.
• Collaborate with teams to collect feedback and resolve agent questions.
• Troubleshoot technology/devices and conferencing equipment; provide IT support basics.
• Provide ad-hoc administrative help like meeting prep and data entry.
• Uphold Compass office standards and be a culture carrier.
