Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an Affordable Housing Assistant Community Manager to supervise on-site operations and financial functions for our housing communities. This role focuses on leasing, collections, staff management, and compliance with housing guidelines.

You will support the Community Manager, ensure timely rent collection, and help meet budgeted revenues while maintaining resident satisfaction. On-site, full-time position with competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or two years housing industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the housing community on site.
• Assist with delinquency and rent collection to optimize cash flow.
• Supervise on-site staff and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Manage end-of-month closings and reporting.
• Maintain accurate resident files and records; audit as needed.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing Laws and safety guidelines.

Education
